Retell have been supplying telephone call recording equipment over the past 16 years and one thing we have learnt is that there is a different type of recording connector for each situation.

We currently offer six different connectors which all work best in there individual way such as the Watsonlinc clip on connector which is ideal for handsets which do not disconnect from the telephone base and the Retell 145 connector that is specially designed to be connected to analogue BT style telephone wall sockets (such as the ones you get at home).

You will also need something to record your calls onto such as a cassette recorder, computer sound card or Mini disc recorder. Retell can provide you with many different solutions.
